The order process involves four steps:

Delivery & Tracking
Delivery times depend on the destination and the availability of the items. In-stock items are generally shipped within 2 business days, while personalized or custom-made pieces require specific lead times.
Free delivery is offered in France and internationally via Chronopost, including customs clearance for the European Union and Switzerland. Estimated delivery times are 24 to 48 hours in France and approximately 3 days internationally.
To track your order, go to the "My Account" section located in the top right corner of our website. Log in to your personal account to access details and real-time order tracking.
You will find the essential information there: purchase confirmation, workshop preparation, shipping and carrier tracking number.

Maison Perrissin-Fabert offers international delivery to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
All our pieces are carefully packaged and sent protected in the Maison Perrissin-Fabert Elegance wool felt bag.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Items must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging and all accessories (box, labels, protective materials, etc.). Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it by mail. Products must be new, unused, and with their tags intact.
To return an item:
- Contact us via our customer service to receive your return label to affix to your package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Exchanges can be made according to the conditions specified by the Maison. In some cases, a return followed by a new purchase is offered to guarantee the availability of the creations.
The refund is made only to the original buyer to the payment method used , within a period of up to 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned item.

Yes, all of Maison Perrissin-Fabert's creations are produced in limited series to guarantee exclusivity, quality, and rarity. This approach reflects the Maison's commitment to craftsmanship and allows each piece to retain its unique and timeless character.
Maintenance, Warranty & Repairs
Our garments are made with high-quality materials and innovative artisanal techniques. To ensure their longevity, we recommend storing them in a cotton garment bag in a cool, dry place.
If exposed to rain or snow, gently hang the garment and clean it with a soft cloth to remove any traces of moisture or stains.
For wool creations, we recommend hand washing in cold water or machine washing on a delicate wool cycle, in a laundry bag, with a mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying and let dry flat, away from heat and direct sunlight, to preserve the suppleness, softness, and luster of the wool.
